I had a great stay with a spacious room and a fantastic breakfast spread, featuring both Japanese and Western dishes. The staff was very accommodating, and I also enjoyed borrowing an umbrella during the rainy day.

During my stay, I faced several issues that disappointed me. The room cleanliness was lacking, as I found dust on the furniture and an unpleasant odor lingering throughout. Additionally, the air conditioning was unusable, and I couldn’t open the windows during the heat, making my stay uncomfortable. I also noticed that the furniture looked old and in need of updating.

The spacious Superior Twin Suite had stunning views from the high floor, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with both Japanese and Western options.

Spacious and Comfortable Stay

I stayed for one night in a Standard Double Room, and it was incredibly spacious with a cozy western-style bath. The bed was plush, and the room's decor felt well-kept. The location couldn't be better, just a short six-minute stroll from the train station. However, the air conditioning didn't work properly during my stay.

I stayed here for two nights and really appreciated how close it was to Chuo Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The nearby Kumagaya Sakura Tsutsumi gave me a chance to see the stunning cherry blossoms. overall, it was a dreamy setup for exploring the city on foot.

Had a lovely stay in Kumagaya! Our spacious suite allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together. Staff were very polite and breakfast was good. One downside was the dim lighting. A great experience!

Our stay was really nice! We loved how spacious the room was, way bigger than the usual Japanese hotels. The breakfast was awesome too, with a mix of Japanese and Western food. Staff were super friendly and even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster.
